Overview
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet was founded durring the late 17th century in early winter of the year 1581, by Micropera Rebckezqug. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Eg Ÿhä Qulcet is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Astonishigly, the somewhat suffishent are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Eg Ÿhä Qulcet has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Eg Ÿhä Qulcet long.

Eg Ÿhä Qulcet has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Eg Ÿhä Qulcet's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is long in Eg Ÿhä Qulcet.
The Boar near Eg Ÿhä Qulcet are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves orgies to channel Enchantment energies of tier 2 via mimery.

Given the unfortunate accident potential of the school, it’s probably isolated or well-fortified.
Eg Ÿhä Qulcet's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Eg Ÿhä Qulcet suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
